Customer Relations
- Is service minded.

Professional techniques/ Production
- Carry out monthly equipment repair and servicing.
- Set up and clear PA system according to functions requirement.
- Set up, control lighting & air conditioning for everyday functions.
- Standby functions.
- Check hot water system, roof top water tank level and plumbing system.
- Make sure walkie talkie in use battery is fully charged and well taken care off.
- Carry out room preventive maintenance.
- Carry out painting work when necessary.
- Service, repair air conditioning & ventilation system

Team management and cross-department responsibilities
- Attend Engineering briefing and meeting as required
- Carry out any work assigned by superior.

Management and administration
- Read, report and initial Engineering technician Log book daily before starting work and off duty
- Take utilities readings (water, electricity & LPG) and record in the Log sheet.
- Follow up MRS and Guest complaints.
- Schedule & on/off air conditioning, ventilation and lighting
- Record equipment breakdown record.
- Read function orders (BEO)

Hygiene/Personal safety/Environment
- Check Sewage Treatment Plant operation
- Monitor, service, repair fire fighting and electrical system.
- Clear all work areas before leaving.
- Familiar with fire procedures and safety measures and act accordingly in case of occurrence.
- To ensure a consistently high standard of personal hygiene and grooming stated by the hotel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,624.02 - RM4,737.27 per month
