Commercial Sales Executive

_**URGENT**_

**1. Sales**
a. To call on allocated customers at specified frequency and ensure achievement of sales volume and distribution objectives.
b. To secure customer orders through personal sales calls or by telephone number.
c. To continually prospect and qualify new customers.
d. To conduct follow-up service calls to all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
e. To provide price quote to all new and existing accounts upon demand.
f. To conduct all business transactions in a manner that coincides with the high ethical standards that the company maintains.
g. To assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolution of any product or service problems that may occur.
h. To monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution.
i. Play a synergistic and coordinating role with the customer so as to enhance customer service and effective implementation
of business objectives.

**2. Market Intelligence**
a. Responsible for market intelligence and information gathering.
b. To seek out competitor's product, pricing, distribution and promotional information, market environment and trend and
communicate to superior.

**3. Sales Report**
To submit reports concerning own sales activities, result of the sales campaign and territorial sales forecast.

**4. Debt Collection**
To maintain good working relationship with the customers so as to ensure debtors payment is in accordance with the
company's accounts receivable policies.

**5. Marketing Activities**
Responsible to implement sales and marketing program as planned by the by the company in achieving the
company's objectives.

**6. Others**
Any other duties as assigned by the management to meet corporate business objectives.

**Work arrangements**

Monday to Friday - 8.15am to 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday

70% Travelling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
