**Location**: Subang Jaya SS15 (10-11 minutes walk from SS15 LRT)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our sales team as a Telesales Executive. This role is office-based and does not require frequent travel.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full telesales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct in-depth phone and internet research on targeted markets while qualifying potential clients.
- Coordinate and compile data for assigned promotional projects.
- Prepare promotional materials and messaging for campaign distribution.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing is an added advantage.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in **Bahasa Melayu** and **English**.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently within deadlines.
- Willing to work overtime to achieve sales goals.
- Can follow instructions, complete tasks thoroughly, and adhere to company SOPs and guidelines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
