**Job Description** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute safety, health and environment plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines and company requirements.
- Ensure that accurate safety metric and quality KPI reports that create and publish per established schedules.
- Review plans and specifications for new or existing machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety requirement or another related.
- Review and control risk assessment and environmental aspect in the workplace with relevant stakeholders.
- Perform and Maintain for contractor safety management site inspection to ensure the compliance
- Perform and Maintain for Scheduled Waste management and ensure the compliance
- Conduct the new and existing of layout, Machinery and process buy-off and summary inspection report.
- Conduct the material handling, ergonomics assessment for process changing.
- Conduct meeting with responsibility for the corrective and preventive actions.
- Verify action results to ensure that machine, equipment complies with requirements.
- Investigate the cause of accident or incident that might have resulted from the use of machine.
- Internal audit and patrol workplace/SOP per Integration Management System ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
- Deliver safety, health, environmental, and relevant trainings according to applicable requirements to employees.

**Qualifications** REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety or Mechanical, IE, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering
- A minimum of 3-5 years in EHS function or relevant working experiences

**PREFERRED**:

- Registered Environmental Professional level and Safety certificate are preferred.

**SKILLS**:

- Knowledgeable of local EHS laws, RBA, IMS & Regulations.
- Integration management system: ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
- Technical knowledge related OHS&EMS management.
- Working knowledge of measurement instruments.
- Contactor safety management program.
- Scheduled Waste, Bag Filter & IETS performance monitoring and managements.
- Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written / verbal).
- Analysis safety system of OHS&EMS management program.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment.
