**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Reporting to Site Supervisor/Project Manager
- Assisting to supervise,manage and lead team at project site for Electrical & Electronic & ELV works
- Assisting to monitor the progress of the project and to ensure works are in compliance with site's progressive requirement
- Assisting to maintain proper and accurate site records or documents in good order and system
- Assisting to educate workers and enforcing site safety practices and regulations
- Assisting to supervise and minimize work-related accidents or injuries at site
- Assisting to coordinate with HR dept to evaluate site worker's performance and manage disciplinary measure as required
- Able to read/ analyzing blueprints/drawings/technical input etc to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
- Assisting to manage work site operation, recommend changes to the operations or procedures in order to increase productivity and efficiency
- Any other ad-hoc task as assistant site supervisor assigned by the management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preferably applicant possess D or GDL driving license and CIDB License
- Minimum education requirement : completion of secondary education
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic, civil engineering or related field is preferred
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor preferably in E&E/ELV/Wiring
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Good leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
