**Responsibilities**
- To ensure that day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly in accordance with Company’s pre-set procedures and workflows.
- To assist Immediate Superior in the day-to-day functions Store opening and closing.
- Ensure a conducive, safe and comfortable ambiance for staff and customers.
- To refill green tea for customer regularly.
- To familiar with menu item and able to explain to customers.
- Ensure side stations are well stocked and do the necessary items topped up when the item is running low.
- To ensure runner station are well set up.
- To conduct beverage and dessert count.
- To monitor and ensure outlet achieve budgeted sales and targeted.
- To perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of selling floor, cashiering counter, workstation and locker room.
- Greet customer when they come in to outlet and leave the outlet.
- To provide good customer service by means of assisting customers whenever they need help.
- To handle customer enquiries / complaints and take note of customers orders.
- Serve food promptly and effectively within waiting time as per SOP.
- To perform cashiering duties
- To ensure all cancellation/void of transactions are properly recorded
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Superior/ management from time to time.

**Requirements**:
Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English

Experience in F&B line will be added advantage

Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays (6-day roster)

Warm and cheerful personality; energetic and highly motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
