Company Driver

**Position Overview**:
The Driver plays a critical role in providing safe and reliable transportation services to Company CEO. This position requires exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times. The Driver is responsible for ensuring the comfort, security, and punctuality of company leaders during transportation, while also managing logístical aspects related to vehicle maintenance and scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Executive Transportation**:Safely operate vehicles to transport Company CEO from various destinations, including meetings, events, and airports. Ensure a smooth and comfortable ride while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

**2. Route Planning and Navigation**:Plan optimal driving routes based on traffic conditions, weather forecasts, and time constraints. Familiarize yourself with alternative routes and landmarks to avoid delays and ensure on-time arrival at scheduled appointments.

**3. Security and Confidentiality**:Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when transporting. Follow security protocols to mitigate potential threats or risks during transportation. Handle sensitive information with care and professionalism.

**4. Vehicle Maintenance**:Perform routine maintenance checks on company vehicles to ensure they are in pristine condition. Coordinate with the appropriate personnel to schedule regular servicing, repairs, and inspections. Keep the interior and exterior of the vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times.

**5. Logistical Support**:Assist with logístical tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing travel itineraries, and coordinating vehicle availability. Communicate effectively with executive assistants and other team members to ensure seamless transportation arrangements.

**6. Emergency Response**:Be prepared to respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, such as accidents, medical emergencies, or vehicle breakdowns. Follow established protocols for reporting incidents and providing assistance to passengers as needed including off working hours.

**7. Customer Service**:Provide exemplary customer service and anticipating CEO’s needs and preferences. Offer assistance with luggage handling, door-to-door service, and other amenities to enhance the overall travel experience.

**8. Compliance and Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards governing the operation of the company vehicles.

**Job Requirement**:
1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
2. Extensive experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
3. Strong navigational abilities and familiarity with local routes and landmarks.
4. Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
8. Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
9. Staying in vicinity of Puchong is preferred.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
