**Responsibility and Authority**:

- Manage the day to day operation of the total restaurant to assist supervisor.
- Report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Take orders and make sure that orders are being served by the staff without delay.
- Handles minor complaints and reports them to the Food & Beverage Manager for proper action.
- Checks assigned stations priors to service.
- Has a good knowledge of menu contents.
- Has a thorough knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
- Ensures smooth cooperation between the outlet, the Kitchen and the Stewarding.
- Checks cleanliness of tables, floor and surrounding area.
- Clears the table and resets as necessary.
- Follow Standard Operation Procedures.
- Work as a team member and offers help when needed.
- To up-sell food and beverage in order to increase the outlet revenue.
- To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the outlet as per the minimum standard
- To take on any other tasks or projects that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

**Job Specifications**
- Knowledge of Restaurant Operations and Guest Services in the Hotel.
- Personality : Dynamic, Outgoing and Pleasant.
- Fluent in English. Ability to speak other languages is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM901.99 - RM1,200.00 per month
