**Lokasi**: Pudu
**Waktu Kerja** : 9.00 pagi - 6.15 petang (isnin -jumaat)
- 9.00 pagi - 3 petang (Sabtu) (sabtu minggu pertama setiap bulan cuti)
**Deskripsi Tugas**
- Menerima barang atau penghantaran yang masuk dari pembekal atau pemborong, memeriksa kesesuaian dengan pesanan, dan memastikan jumlah, kualiti, dan keadaan barang.
- Merekodkan penerimaan barang ke dalam sistem inventori, menguruskan penyimpanan barang-barang yang diterima.
- Menyimpan rekod dengan teratur untuk tujuan rujukan dan audit.
- Memproses pemulangan barang yang rosak, tidak betul, atau tidak sesuai, dan mengatur pertukaran atau ganti rugi mengikut polisi syarikat atau perjanjian dengan pembekal.
- Menyediakan laporan berkaitan dengan penerimaan barang, seperti jumlah barang yang diterima, kadar pemulangan, atau isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan kualiti.
- Berkerjasama dengan bahagian lain seperti pengurusan inventori untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi penerimaan dan penyimpanan barang.
- Memastikan operasi penerimaan mematuhi prosedur keselamatan dan peraturan industri serta menjaga kawalan ke atas akses dan penggunaan ruang penerimaan.

- Kebolehan untuk bekerja dengan teliti dan teliti dalam memeriksa barang yang diterima.
- Kemahiran organisasi yang baik dan keupayaan untuk menguruskan inventori dengan cekap.
- Komunikasi yang berkesan dan kebolehan untuk bekerjasama dalam pasukan.
- Pengalaman dalam peranan penerimaan atau logistik adalah satu kelebihan.
- Keterampilan komputer yang baik, termasuk penggunaan Microsoft Excel, word, dengan baik
