Site Supervisor

**Location: Ladang KOSMA, Mukim Keratong**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Construction Activities**: Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of work and materials used, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
- **Safety Management**: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all site personnel.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any issues or delays promptly, coordinating with relevant parties to find effective solutions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work progress, site activities, and any incidents.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the project manager and senior management regarding site status and any potential issues.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering (C&S) or Diploma in Architecture or Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site supervisory role within the construction industry.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
