**Retail Sales Associate**

**Responsibility**

We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Sales Associate to join us at our Stellar outlet in 1 Utama, Malaysia.

**Your role includes managing the daily operations of a retail store and is not limited to**:

- Responsible for day-to-day operations and Customer Service
- Perform Ear Piercing for Customers
- Handles cashier duty and general stock-taking
- Attend to sales enquiries on Company products and services
- Handles and respond to customer enquiries & feedback
- Promote and share the company stories and philosophy
- Ensure cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping
- Review weekly & monthly results and discuss next strategy and idea with Management
- Other duties assigned by Store Managers/ Store Leaders

**Requirements**:

- Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Skills required: Customer Service
- Min. 2 years of retail sales experience
- Fresh Graduates also encourage to apply
- Willing to learn ear piercing, have good initiative and can work independently
- Able to work on retail hours, weekends and public holiday

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
