**Job Description & Job Details**
Type: Freelance / Remote Work
Starting Rate: RM200 - RM500 per client / month
Training: Strategy training and onboarding support provided
Start: Begin with 1-2 clients, with opportunity to handle more based on performance

1) Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads
2) Create effective ad copy and visuals that align with client objectives
3) Monitor ad performance, track key metrics, and prepare weekly performance reports
3) Communicate clearly with clients via WhatsApp or Zoom, ensuring alignment on expectations and goals
4) Adjust and improve campaigns based on real-time data and feedback
5) Collaborate with RedRadar’s internal marketing team and follow provided SOPs

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**
1) Proficient in using Ads Manager for TikTok, Meta, and Google
2) Solid understanding of digital ad strategies, including targeting, funnel setup, and retargeting
3) Results-driven and detail-oriented — you don’t just set and forget
4) Able to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
5) Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement
6) Previous portfolio or campaign samples are highly encouraged

**FREELANCE DIGITAL MARKETER (TikTok, Meta & Google Ads)**

Gaji: RM200 - RM500 per klien / bulan
Lokasi: 100% Freelance & Remote
Mula dengan 1-2 klien dahulu, dan berkembang ikut prestasi
Latihan dan bimbingan strategi iklan disediakan

1) Mahir menggunakan TikTok Ads, Meta Ads dan Google Ads Manager
2) Memahami strategi asas pengiklanan seperti targeting, funnel dan retargeting
3) Proaktif dalam memantau dan menambah baik prestasi iklan
4) Mampu mengurus lebih daripada satu klien pada satu masa
5) Terbuka untuk belajar dan mengikut SOP pasukan marketing
