Responsibility:

- Vendor prequalification
- Pre-bid post-bid meetings and coordination
- Analysis and recommendation of biddings
- Dissemination of drawings, specifications, etc. to all relevant parties
- Compilation of contracts
- Verification of work done for COP, invoices, etc. (evaluation and certification).
- Preparation of COP
- Variation orders, CMFI recommendation to client
- Involved in insurance claims, delays, penalties, liquidated damages
- Involved in Final Statement of Accounts and documentation handover
- To carry out all other works as and when instructed by Project Managers or Project Directors
- You shall also have a working knowledge of HVAC works, electrical cabling/wiring, cleanroom installation, firefighting works, process piping, BMS, instrumentation & control, etc.
- You are expected to liaise with MEP Coordinator on verification of works carried out prior to preparation of COP, invoices, etc.
- You shall assist the Project Managers and feedback information to him on a regular basis. You are also expected to liaise with the Project Director on all matters & importance (eg. site progress, site problems, accidents, etc)

Requirement:

- At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position for Degree holders
- Good knowledge **in read P&ID drawings **or any Mechanical drawings (eg. Electrical or Piping)
- Work Experience as post **MEP QS **for factory/industrial projects will be preferred.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
