Coordinate documentation and administration of recruitment, termination, resignation, transfer and other movement for operator level.
- Coordinate in all recruitment and selection related activities including creation of job advertisements / job announcements, liaison with recruitment agencies. Phone screening & arranging interviews.
- Handling new employee orientation and exit interview survey for operator level.
- Prepare employment documentations, such as offer letter, confirmation letter, termination letter, increment letter, etc for operator level.
- To handle training & development program including induction training and training records updating according to ISO requirement.
- To assist in handling and coordinating external training program.
- To prepare and follow-up on employee performance evaluation period to ensure that the employee probation, confirmation and annual appraisal accurately and on time.
- Assist on handle industrial relations matters regarding to employee discipline, grievance, counseling and domestic inquiries.
- Monitoring employee yearly medical entitlement. Handling medical claims, submitting SOCSO claims and others claims.
- Conducting factory patrolling to ensure employees compliance to company rules and regulation, policies and as well as enforcement.
- Conducting daily cleaning inspection at locker room, canteen, office, toilet and factory compound.
- Supervise of safe custody, retrieval and updating of employee personal file/ record according to ISO requirement.
- Issue HR letter and announcement which related to employee welfare.
- To provide support to all departments on employee training and recruitment matters.
- To support on the implementation of ISO and social audit requirements relating to HR matters.
- To support on implementing of HR policies that adheres to company objectives.
- To assist in other HR functions as and when required.
- Coordinate / involve with special event, annual dinner or any others company event.
**Requirement**:
- Possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years related working experiences preferably in the **manufacturing industry**:
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Well-versed with Malaysian Labor Law
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
- Good communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
- Possess high degree of confidentiality and integrity, tactful and proactive.
- Knowledge in ISO 13485, ISO 14000 and Social Audit is an Advantage.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
