**WE’RE HIRING: EXECUTIVE, LAND TRANSPORT (FEMALE ONLY)**
**Location**: Schenker Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd
Lot 28 (PTD 5737), Jalan SILC ¼, Kawasan Perindustrian SILC,
Iskandar Puteri, 79200 Johor
**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor **domestic & cross-border land transportation (landbridge) operations** to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with transporters, drivers, and warehouse teams to arrange truck schedules, routes, and cargo movement.
- Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations, permits, and safety requirements.
- Handle daily operational issues (e.g. delays, route changes, damage, claims) and provide effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, transport vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor transport costs, fuel usage, and optimize routes to achieve **cost efficiency & service excellence**.
- Prepare reports and analysis on delivery performance, lead times, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field**.
- At least **2-3 years of working experience in logistics / land transport / freight forwarding**.
- Good knowledge of **cross-border transportation (landbridge), customs clearance, and documentation**.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills with transporters and customers.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems effectively.
- Willing to work flexible hours when required.

Manage & coordinate with **subcontractors** to ensure high-quality service
Support continuous improvement and high-performance service delivery
**What We’re Looking For**
**Diploma or Degree** in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
Fresh graduates with **internship or coursework** in logistics are encouraged to apply
Experience in transportation/logistics is an added advantage
Excellent **communication & client handling** skills
Able to work in a **fast-paced, dynamic environment**
A strong **team player** with initiative and problem-solving skills
