Procurement Specialist

In your new role you will:

- **Deploy the SAP ARIBA IT solution **to Infineon locations by onboarding old and new suppliers to ARIBA.
- Engage and follow up with suppliers to **enroll and enhance the SAP ARIBA solution **, keep track onboarding deadlines for supplier enablement to ensure project timelines are met.
- **Align and drive with the Software provider of ARIBA **the process of supplier onboarding.
- **Address and troubleshoot supplier related issues **and miscellaneous administrative tasks related to suppliers.
- **Closely monitoring of supplier suspension cases **, working closely with supplier, buyer, finance and Ariba team to ensure minimum case of suspension.
- **Maintain appropriate files, documents and reports **regarding the Purchase to Order process handled by ARIBA.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Administration Management or similar field.
- 1-3 years of similar work experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with SAP Ariba, or other e-procurement systems as an experienced user.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work with teams or independently.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both as an individual contributor and as a team member.
- Demonstrates the highest standards of professional behavior in dealing with stakeholder.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

Note: 1 year contract under 3rd party payroll vendor and entitled to benefits according to vendor company.
