**URGENT HIRING**

**POSITION: CHARGEMAN A4**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
1. Operate, monitor, and maintain all electrical systems and equipment in the property.

2. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for electrical installations.

3. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults promptly.

4. Ensure all electrical work complies with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) regulations and safety standards.

5. Maintain proper records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

6. Monitor power usage and suggest energy-saving measures.

7. Supervise contractors and guide maintenance staff on electrical safety.

8. Support building operations and respond to electrical emergencies.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Possess **Chargeman Certificate A4** (ST certified).

2. At least **2 years of experience** in electrical maintenance.

3. Knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and energy management.

4. Able to work independently and in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
