Lab Technician

**The Responsibilities of the Job**:

- Responsible for QA/QC routine activities (secondary) and Lab (Primary) in ensuring continuous and efficient operations to the desired quality, productivity and safety.
- Responsible to perform the product sample register, test, record & filling the result into QC system.
- Assist QC & Lab Supervisor to conduct the laboratory incoming, in-process, first-fill, last-fill, blending, dispatch, outgoing samples testing.
- Assist QC & Lab Supervisor to create and issue the certificate of analysis (COA).
- Responsible and work closely with QC & Lab Supervisor and supporting internal team or other department such as Production, Logistic, Warehouse and Business Development.
- Assisting QC & Lab Supervisor for lab control documents and filling (COA, PDS, TDS, MSDS, etc.)
- Drive quality excellence by working closely with QC & Lab Supervisor to set-up, implementing and maintaining the best practices in laboratory.
- Assist and support QC & Lab Supervisor in monitoring and control of chemical substance and accessories used in laboratory.
- Assist and support QC & Lab Supervisor in updating calibration plan for lab equipment used in laboratory.
- Assist and support QC & Lab Supervisor in working closely with Business Development/Sales and Customer Service team for any quality complaint or on-hold goods and corrective action.
- Assist QC & Lab Supervisor in implementing and maintaining quality control (QC) procedure and ISO 9001:2015 compliances.
- Assist QC & Lab Supervisor for lab correlation with Singapore laboratory and outsource 3rd party laboratory (Intertek, SGS, etc), if any.
- Provide quality check (QC) support and arrange for customer sample request from the Business development/Sales and Customer Service department.
- Assist QC & Lab Supervisor for laboratory’s both weekly & monthly record and report (if any).
- Assist QC & Lab Supervisor in month end stock take activities, if any.
- Work with Operation team and Quality management (QMR) and team in continuous improvement, guide environmental, health and safety initiatives and maintaining ISO certifications.
- Manage and organize the retained sample - internal and customers.
- Support and assist QC & Lab Supervisor for any project that related to Lab and QC.
- Assist and support QC & Lab Supervisor to maintain the record and compliance of REACH, RoSH, SVHC and other require compliance under the local regulation and customer requirement especially for the Process oils business.
- Working closely with internal customers for Lab, Quality management and continuous improvement, guide environmental, health and safety initiatives and maintaining ISO certifications.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
