1. Maintenance and preparation task For JDOC Implementation

2. Support and execute the JDOC Implementation related task from Project Team
- 3. Improvement on the current Disk Disposal process covering physical degaussing for SSD as per Cisco requirements.
- 4. Continue follow-up on Windows 7 migration solution (others than HW replacement option as it's required huge investment)
- 5. Improvement on the Cisco Employee Transfer automated process
- Remediation on PEN002/8 Device Compliance.
- 6. Follow-up activity from the recent MSS Audit findings/recommendations.
