Bim Modular

Develop, manage, and update 3D architectural BIM models for modular building projects.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, M&E, and other disciplines to ensure design integration.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents using BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.
- Support the development of modular design strategies, ensuring constructability and efficiency.
- Conduct clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and produce reports for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate exchange of BIM data.
- Provide technical support and training to the project team on BIM processes and software.
- Assist in preparing BIM execution plans, workflows, and documentation for architectural projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes within the organization.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Project Lead.
