The briefAs the Culture and Communications Manager with 2X, you will manage and implement the external and internal communications to drive positive employer brand positioning. Communicate HR policies and implement processes for improving employee engagement while balancing business objectives

**Challenges you’ll tackle**:

- Support and implement programs that build stronger employer brand and prestige in the market. Showcasing 2X’s unique employee experience and business model to attract and retain talent.
- Coordinate the external PR agency for design, content, and production of publicity materials.
- Manage the organization, promotion, and engagement with employees through meaningful set of activities that creates a sense of belonging and is consistent with the 2X Values.
- Work with internal stakeholders to generate new ideas and strategies to nurture the existing positive culture and further improve employee engagement.
- Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.

**; Requirements**: - Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field.
- Passionate about culture building and communications
- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
- Experience in employee engagement work is highly favorable.
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in communications and/or employee engagement work
