**Responsibilities**
- Greeting customers while offering super customer service attention, taking assembling and presenting food orders, requesting and receiving payment, operating the cash register.
- Cleaning in accordance to restaurants' sanitary standards including but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walls, tables, counters, kitchen and service equipment
- Cleaning the customer service area, removing trash, cleaning restrooms.
- Checking stocks of products and insuring proper stock levels and rotation
- Greeting guests and assisting them with seating arrangements
- Presenting menus and providing detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Recommending food and beverages based on guest preferences
- Upselling additional products when appropriate
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to their needs in a courteous and timely manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
