**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Create engaging and relevant content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites.
- Develop content strategies to align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
- **Multimedia Production**:

- Generate visually appealing and compelling multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and other multimedia elements.
- Collaborate with design and video production teams to enhance the quality of content.
- **Copywriting**:

- Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for various purposes, such as social media posts, articles, and marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Interact with the audience on social media platforms, respond to comments, and encourage discussions.
- Monitor trends and stay informed about industry developments to create relevant and timely content.
- **Analytics and Optimization**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of content and adjust strategies for optimization.
- Provide regular reports on content effectiveness and audience engagement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator or a similar role.
- Proficient in content creation tools and software.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.

**Educational Qualification**:
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
