**On a given day, you will**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegant, efficient solutions
- Optimize existing systems and workflows to improve performance and user experience
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in low-code development across the organization
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our development strategies

**We would love to work with you if you**:

- Experience with extensive knowledge of low-code development platforms such as Appian, Mendix, Firebase, Supabase, OutSystems, or Bubble
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A holistic approach to product development, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing optimization
- Demonstrable examples of low-code solutions that have driven significant business impact
- Experience in financial technology or online trading platforms (preferred but not required)
