HR Consultant

Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary : RM2,000 - RM2,500

1) Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, CV submission, interview arrangement and billings.

2) Achieve quarterly target as per Individual KPI target

3) Achieve weekly KPI for CV submission, number of call and number of interview session as per individual KPI target.

4) Build strong relationship with all key account clients

5) Meet client’s demand and adapt to changes accordingly.

6) Manage risk, quick troubleshooting, and prompt attendance to issue escalation.

7) Manage information including database of applicants, hires, costs and records related to recruitment activities for analysis

8) Ensure daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting submitted in a timely manner

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Senawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
