**Key Responsibilities**

**Quality Assurance & Quality Control**
- Oversee daily QA/QC operations to ensure raw materials, in-process components, and finished products meet quality standards.
- Implement and maintain effective quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or relevant standards.
- Develop, update, and control quality documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, inspection checklists, CAPA reports, NCRs, and calibration records.
- Lead root cause investigations and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Participate in internal audits and act as the main liaison for external/customer audits and quality inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality processes.

**Laboratory Management**
- Manage and supervise the laboratory team and ensure adherence to established lab protocols and testing procedures.
- Oversee all laboratory operations including equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, sample testing, test result validation, and data accuracy.
- Ensure laboratory compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain traceability and control of lab samples, test records, and reports.
- Coordinate interdepartmental requests for testing and provide timely analytical support for production and quality assurance.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in QA/QC and laboratory management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other recognized quality systems.
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments, calibration, and chemical or material testing methods.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; able to interpret test results and propose effective actions.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written) to liaise with internal teams and overseas counterparts (e.g., HQ in China).
- High attention to detail, good documentation practices, and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Willing to work in Banting, Selangor.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
