**Job Purpose**

To oversee, coordinate and lead the day to day highway buildings (RSA / Layby / Toll Plaza / Section Office / etc) operational works to the satisfaction of the clients and authorities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage the contract sites within the allocated budget
- Manage all resoirces for the contract works such as workforce, material, tools, equipment, machineries, etc
- Ensure all complaints from the clients / authorities are attended and completed within the deadline
- Ensure the building routine maintenance works and repair & replacement works are carried out as per the approval schedules
- Liaison and meeting attendance with the clients / authorities
- Plan, order, procure, and execute all raw materials for routine and replacement works
- Timely preparation and submission of all paperwork such as schedules, reports, photo reports, claims, etc assisted by site clerk, supervisors, and team leaders.

Qualification
- A diploma in management, site management, engineering, etc is preferable
- SPM holders with the right experience and attitude may apply
- Experience in highway facility maintenance management with more than 100 pax workforce, site clerk, supervisors and team leader will be given priority
- Skill: MS Office (Word and Excel) is a must
- Good communication and leadership in managing site staff, workforce, clients and authorities
- Willing to work under pressure and long and irregular hours
- CIDB Green Card and Expressway Operatioal Safety Passport (EOSP) holder is advantageous
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience as a manager / senior executive
- Possess D license and GDL (preferable)
