**Job Purpose**

To supervise, monitor and control of functions of the Treasury Section, encompassing roles of collection follow-ups from the Project Team, payment planning and execution on all authorized payable transactions, and bank facilities control and utilization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Being of a supervisory role on the Treasury Section
- Execute all procedures and liaise/actively corresponds with banker pertaining to drawing down of bank facilities in the form of letter of credit, bank acceptance, invoice financing and any form of bank guarantees
- Ensure update-to-date and monitor bank facilities utilizations and expiries on a daily basis
- Being the sole window person dealing with payment issues/matters on transactions having been posted into the AP Ageing
- Liaise with the Project Department for the weekly recommended list of payment amount to be reserved for his selected list of vendors and in turn have them recommended to the top Management’s decision on which are to be selected
- Earmark list of non-project payment transactions to be paid and in turn have them recommended to the top Management’s decision on which are to be selected
- Verify all payment transactions to be finalized from time to time, after the execution and subsequent peer checking by the Finance Executives.
- Highlight to the Management all expected/forecasted possible collection amount of any projects for the rest of each month, based on the latest AR Ageing at the beginning of the month.
- Being proactively involved in detailed forward AP payment planning involving co-operation by the Project Department, earmarking on key indispensable vendors in order to minimize expected frequent disruptions to the project operations to be caused by the said vendors.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent, alternatively, having working experience in the similar capacity for up to at least 6 years.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
- Well verse with using SAP accounting software
- Meticulous, pleasant personality, co-operative with high spirit of teamwork, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
