Assist in placing job advertisements on various job sites and social media platforms.
- Keeping records of resumes in a database.
- Overtime payment administration by matching, monitoring and checking overtime record, absenteeism record, attendance record for every department.
- Initiate innovative employee programs from time to time in order to minimize gaps within levels of employment and assist employees in maintaining “work-life” balance.
- Assist in onboarding management for new hires - issuance of company properties (ID card/ Car park season pass), liaise with respective person in charge on seating arrangement and IT equipment, arrangement and schedule induction session.
- Assist in employee leave administration in terms of record tracking, inform employee of leave approval and leave balance.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
