The Marketing Executive will play a key role in executing and managing marketing strategies and communication efforts that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Collaboration & Brainstorming**: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that align with current campaigns and brand messaging.
- **On-ground Activation/Event**: Plan, develop and execute marketing activities in organizing and participating in offline sales & marketing events.
- **KOL Collaboration**: Lead negotiations with KOLs, including pricing, deliverables, and project timelines. Manage the entire lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial concept to post-campaign analysis.
- **Graphic Design**: Work with in-house designers to produce all marketing collaterals. Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and support offline marketing objectives.
- **Content Creation**: Develop, edit, and assist to schedule engaging social media posts, including images, videos. Manage and updates digital advertisement and social media example Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and etc.
- **Trend Monitoring & Analysis**:Keep up with social media trends and provide insights and case studies to enhance content strategies and offline retail performance.
- **Documentation Management**: Handle the creation and management of necessary documents and processes.
- **Ad-Hoc Support & Assistance**: Any other duties and tasks, which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
