Lead in ISO certification in plant and work with cross functional team on the readiness. Support various quality related issue and ensure not impact to production schedule. Good problem-solving skill and statistical quality tool to ensure the effectiveness of improvement. Interfacing with customer on quality related topics, continuous improvement and develop quality plan. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. Lead in qualification of company quality plan to ensure fulfill of company goal and exceed customer requirement.
