JOB VACANCY

POSITION - TECHNICIAN INJECTION MOULDING

LOCATION - SHAH ALAM

SALARY - RM 3000-4500

1. Technical knowledge: Should have a strong understanding of the injection blow moulding process and the associated machinery and equipment. This includes knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic
systems, electrical components, motors, pumps, valves, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.

2. Troubleshooting skills: Should be able to identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues that may arise during the production process. This involves troubleshooting problems,
performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

3. Preventive maintenance: Should have experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of the machinery. This includes conducting regular inspections, lubricating components, replacing worn-out parts, and
calibrating equipment as needed.

4. Repair and maintenance: Should be skilled in repairing and maintaining the machinery and equipment used in injection blow moulding. This includes disassembling and reassembling machine components, replacing faulty parts, and conducting repairs to resolve mechanical or electrical issues.

5. Safety and compliance: Must have a strong commitment to safety and be familiar with relevant safety regulations and guidelines in the plastic manufacturing industry. You should adhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary, and ensure that machinery and equipment meet safety standards.

6. Documentation and record-keeping: Should maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks. This documentation helps track the history of the machinery, plan future maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with regulations.

7. Communication skills: Effective communication is crucial in this role. You may need to collaborate with production teams, engineers, and other maintenance personnel to coordinate maintenance activities, report issues, and provide updates on the status of machinery repairs.
8. Other benefits: Basic salary range from RM2,500 to 3,000/month. Benefits: Personal accident insurance, monthly RM50 attendance allowance and RM250 medical entitlement per year.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
