Duties and Responsibilities including following:
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and live chat

2. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

3. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

4. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

5. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

6. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features

7. Follow and achieve team sales goals on a monthly basis

8. Remain knowledgeable on products offered

9. Cross sell products

10. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

11. Manage incoming calls and convert sales leads to customers

12. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive

communication

13. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

14. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time

limits; follow up to ensure resolution

15. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

16. Take the extra mile to engage customers

18. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

19. Monitor customer inquiries on webpage and reach out to provide assistance

20. Remarketing of leads

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
