Job Description Our company is currently expanding We are looking for aspiring individuals to join our team as a Material Management Executive. What you can look forward to: Attractive Performance Bonus Performance appraisal twice a year Dental/Body-checkup/Optical Benefit Insurance Coverage Key Responsibilities: Received and book goods in the correct location in an accurate and timely manner. Liaise with Intercompany and planning team for any discrepancies or quality issues. Maintain knowledge of products and processes involved in the day-to-day delivery of goods. Deal with any stock discrepancies, quality and quantity issues efficiently. Support and suggest the effective management of inward and outward flow of inventory. Encompass duties of receiving goods, stock handling, stock locating, picking of work orders, month end stock count & cycle counting. Actively involved in maintaining batch and stock location accuracy on system and ensuring tight stock control and stock rotation based on FIFO or FEFO principle. To ensure that good housekeeping and health and safety regulations is adhere to within the work area. To contribute, be involved and actively support the continuous improvement process within every facet of the department. Job Requirements: Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Material or Inventory Management or any similar field. A minimum of 2 year(s) working experience in purchasing/material management/production planning are required for this position. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Possess good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Initiative & self-motivation. Knowledge in ERP will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
