**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance roles, with specific experience in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and production processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their financial modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are highly desirable.
- Applicants must be willing to work in **Senai, Johor **area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and supervising the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Conducting financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Supporting the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize manufacturing costs, inventory management, and production efficiency.
- Participating in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Managing the relationship with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to finance team members, promoting their professional development.
- Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and manufacturing.
