Intermediate Draughtsman

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with designers to understand their design requirements and provide technical advice and construction technicians.
- Create high-quality detailed technical drawings and plans based on designs supplied by designers and make modifications to existing drawings
- Responsible for the development and updating of technical drawings of the plan
- To work closely with the Design Team to ensure that drawings are correct, meet the authority requirements, and maintain the drawing and design standards.
- To perform and assist in preparation construction drawings for all projects assigned
- Conduct site visits and surveys when required
- Maintain accurate drawings records

**Requirements**:

- Preferable with 3 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Required Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and SketchUp, knowledge in BIM is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
