Lebat Doc Medical Tourism & Wellness Centre is a luxury medical and regenerative wellness brand based in Sunway, Malaysia. We specialize in **hair transplant, stem cell therapy, regenerative medicine, and vitality enhancement** — serving international patients from the **Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia**.

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly skilled **Digital Marketing Specialist** to manage our full digital ecosystem — from brand visibility to lead generation.

**Role Summary**

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and execute all online marketing initiatives — managing **social media, website SEO, paid ads, content creation, and analytics** — to attract international patients and promote Lebat Doc’s premium medical and wellness services.

You will act as the brand’s digital storyteller — creating compelling visuals, videos, and messages that reflect **luxury, trust, and medical excellence**.

**Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Branding**
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with Lebat Doc’s international growth goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms (luxury-medical tone).
- Coordinate campaigns targeting international markets (Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia).

**2. Website & SEO Management**
- Manage and update website content regularly (WordPress / Webflow).
- Research and integrate high-impact **medical tourism SEO keywords** (e.g., “Stem Cell Therapy Malaysia,” “Hair Transplant Sunway,” “Regenerative Medicine Asia”).
- Optimize site for speed, structure, and Google ranking.
- Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.

**3. Social Media Management**
- Plan, create, and schedule daily/weekly posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop engaging visual and written content — patient stories, behind-the-scenes, doctor interviews, and educational posts.
- Grow organic followers and engagement with strategic hashtags and community management.
- Respond to DMs/inquiries in collaboration with the patient care team.

**4. Content Creation**
- **Photography & Videography**: Capture and edit clinic visuals, treatment shots, and testimonial videos.
- **Video Editing**: Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with luxury medical branding.
- Write captions, blog posts, and ad copy optimized for engagement and conversion.

**5. Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads)**
- Plan and run targeted ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Manage ad budgets and report ROI.
- Create audience segments (by country, interest, demographics).
- Run A/B testing to optimize performance.

**6. Analytics & Reporting**
- Monitor campaign KPIs: website traffic, conversions, engagement rates, lead sources.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and insights.
- Recommend strategies to improve digital presence and conversion rate.

**7. Collaboration**
- Work closely with medical and patient coordination teams to ensure accurate information and brand tone.
- Liaise with photographers, designers, and external agencies if required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in healthcare, luxury, or tourism).
- Strong knowledge of:

- SEO & SEM strategies
- Social media management tools (Meta Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excellent command of English (Arabic, Mandarin, or French is an advantage).
- Knowledge of international marketing and cross-cultural communication.
- Creative eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
