**WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
1. To supervise and coordinate with the warehouse team on the movement and flow of items through receiving, storage, and delivery.

2. To key in, maintain and update records and checklist of all incoming and outgoing products on system from time to time.

3. To plan and manage all warehouse activities and ensure incoming and outgoing goods are delivered on time.

4. To conduct regular physical inventory count to ensure that the physical and system quantity are aligned.

5. To check quantity received by customer with the quantity delivered on Delivery Order (DO).

6. To ensure all packing lists are well prepared, signed and approved by responsible parties before delivery.

7. To ensure all account document given to lorry driver are returned to store with proper chop & signed.

8. To investigate any discrepancy.

9. To maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, workstation neat and tidy.

10. To perform the monthly month-end stock take and prepare the report after which.

11. To prepare other related reports such as the Weekly and Monthly Finished Goods Report.

12. To assist other FGWH personnel to ensure labels, stickers, markings, etc are placed properly on every item of the goods kept in the dept.

13. To fully aware and understand the quality policies and objectives of the Company.

14. To carry out such other duties and responsibilities as will be assigned by Superiors from time to time as and when needed.
