We are expanding and looking for an experienced Senior Restaurant Supervisor to join our leadership team and play a key role in our growth.

Position: Senior Restaurant Supervisor
Location: RASA HABIBI, Nu Sentral Mall, Kuala Lumpur
Salary Range: RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Supervise and train service staff, fostering teamwork and professionalism.
- Maintain excellent customer service, handle guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on sales and expenses to management.
- KPI: Ensure reports are complete, accurate, and submitted before end of each business day.
- Support management with scheduling, reporting, and performance monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in F&B (kopitiam, café, casual dining, or similar environment preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian food culture; familiarity with Western/Arabian cuisine is an advantage.
- Ability to manage a multicultural team with respect and professionalism.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Language skills highly encouraged: English and Mandarin/Cantonese (to serve our diverse customer base).
