Together, we can "**Crafting Our Future Together**" and provide new value with the spirit of "Yatte Minahare" **Responsibilities**: 1) Assist for accounting data entry. 2) Clearing and reconciliation - Conduct reconciliation of the Statement of Account (SOA) to ensure accuracy and completeness of claims. 3) Document Merging and Preparation: - Merge existing supporting documents to facilitate submission by the sales team. - Manage accounting record of document received 4) Invoice Retrieval and Verification: - Search and retrieve archived hardcopy invoices (99SM), followed by itemized listing and reconciliation against the SOA. 5) Trade Spend Claim Management: - Manage and reconcile Trade Spend Claims that were approved in TSM1.0 and ensure they are accurately captured in SAP. 6) System updates and reporting: Once the TSM2.0 enhancements are implemented, ensure all submission claims are captured in the system, making them visible and publish daily in Power BI. **Requirements**: - Internship duration: Min. 3-months - Personality: Pleasant, good attitude, motivated, willingness to learn, adaptable - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel - Proficiency in English and Bahasa **Job Type**: Internship Pay: RM800.00 per month **Benefits**: - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Application Deadline: 06/30/2022
