The Sales Marketing Executive is responsible to find and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking, and others.

**Nature And Scope**:

- Achieve sales operational objectives (targets) by achieving the set target (personal target) and overall sales target.
- As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will contribute sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing productivity, quality and customer service standards, resolving problems, determining sales improvements and implementing change.
- Sales performance report on a monthly basis must be presented to the Sales & Marketing Manager /Branch Manager respectively.
- All quotations, bids, tenders, costing and other exercise that have any impact on the financial consideration of the project/proposal must have prior endorsement and approval from Sales & Marketing Manager respectively before presenting to the client/s
- Establish sales objective by creating a sales plan and quota in support of national objectives.
- Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing trend variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Ensure all deals sealed are profitable and with no further liabilities and contingency commitments due.
- Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

**Academic Qualifications/Skills/Experience**:
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Marketing Executive - 2 years minimum

2. Diploma/Degree in marketing or business administration or equivalent.

3. Strong knowledge of marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

4. Strong knowledge of business financial best practices

5. Experience in logistic moving industry and warehousing will add advantage.

6. Excellent communication skills & excellent negotiation skills.

Position : SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Basic pay range **:RM 2,500.00 - RM 3,000.00**
