Parts Assistant

**About the Role**
We are looking for a **detail-oriented and organized Parts Assistant** to support our Honda aftersales operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth parts availability, accurate inventory control, and compliance with Honda Malaysia standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all parts storage and operational activities to meet performance targets set by Honda Malaysia.
- Manage parts documentation and maintain a systematic filing record.
- Follow up on back-order parts status with Honda Malaysia.
- Assist in inventory control and storage activities, including:
- Planning service parts orders
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Updating records and preparing required reports for the principal
- Oversee parts receiving and storage operations while ensuring stock accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure proper parts storage maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with **5S standards**.
- Conduct parts ordering using the **Parts Ordering Tracking Sheet (POTS)** and provide regular updates to Service Advisors on parts arrival.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM)** / **Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent**.
- Fresh graduates or technicians with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
