**Job Description**:
- Job Purpose:
1. To improve the market position and achieve financial growth. This person should be able to define long-term strategic goals, build strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals.
2. Possess an extensive knowledge of Malaysia's long-stay visa program and keep abreast with current market intelligence.
3. To ensure smooth office operations, manage office staff, procurement and administration.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Including but not limited to pursuing sales leads and prospective customers, delivering presentations and proposals, and negotiating and closing business deals;
2. Including but not limited to ensuring all the paperwork of long-stay visa program is dully completed based on the government guidelines. Follow up and follow through with customers who are interested in the long-stay visa program.
3. Schedule meetings and appointments, arrange office supplies, and provide general administrative support.
Qualifications: Preferred a bachelor’s degree in any field of study and 5 to 10 years working experience in sales and marketing including office admiration. Other qualifications include knowledge of Malaysia long-stay visa program strategy and management experience.
Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and financial skills. Strong leadership capabilities, self-motivation, and strong writing and presentation skills.
