- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet the company’s quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage any changes or disputes.
- Regularly review and update contracts to reflect changing business needs and market conditions.
- Develop and manage the procurement budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality or service levels.
- Monitor and report on procurement performance, including cost savings and budget adherence.
- Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks, such as supply disruptions, price fluctuations, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
