Salesman

Sales and Order Management
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Market Coverage
- Plan daily routes and visit schedules to ensure full territory coverage.
- Promote new products and introduce promotional activities during customer visits.

Customer Service
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term trust.

Reporting
- Submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to supervisors.
- Update the status of payments and assist in collection where necessary.

Compliance & Conduct
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional behavior and uphold TSC's reputation.

Others
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.
