JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Help ensure that safety policies are up to date with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support regular safety inspections of the workplace to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and ergonomic evaluations.
- Maintain records of safety inspections and corrective actions taken.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Distribute safety materials, posters, and other communications to raise awareness of workplace safety issues.
- Assist in reporting, documenting, and investigating workplace accidents, injuries.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions following incidents.
- Help in the promotion of a culture of health and wellness in the workplace.
- Assist with the procurement, inventory, and distribution of PPE to employees.
- Monitor and promote the proper use of PPE in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Assist in preparing reports for management or regulatory bodies to ensure that all safety records comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Help maintain and update emergency response plans and procedures.
- Assist in organizing emergency drills (e.g., fire drills, evacuation drills).
- Other duties as deemed necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
