**Θα**:

- Διαπιστώνετε βλάβες ή δυσλειτουργίες σε εγκαταστάσεις και εξοπλισμό και εκτελείτε επισκευές σε διάφορους τεχνικούς τομείς (ηλεκτρισμός, εξαερισμός, υδραυλικά, θέρμανση)
- Τοποθετείτε ή επισκευάζετε επενδύσεις δαπέδων ή τοίχων (χρώματα, χαλιά, πλακάκια, πήλινα, παρκέ, επενδύσεις, σοβατεπί, κ.λπ.)
- Αντικατάσταση ή επισκευή ελαττωματικών εξαρτημάτων
- Εφαρμογή και συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα υγιεινής και ασφάλειας του Club Med και συντήρηση του ακινήτου
- Προσαρμογή στα κορυφαία πρότυπα υπηρεσιών της Club Med
