The Commercial Executive reports to the Commercial Manager and is responsible for the project management in the project division which covers base build, tool hook-ups and sustaining works.

**I.** **DAILY TASK**
- Prepare and compile BOM/costing for proposal/tender submission include strip off quantity, estimation form preparation, and bid form update.
- Prepare and monitor project costing and budget include invoice to customer.
- Prepare and ensure proposal/tender is submitted timely.
- Acquire project progress update from PM/PE to ensure the status is matching to the invoice to customer.
- Acquire all the information and changes from supervisor/PE/PW due to site issues that involve with commercial impact, prepare the relevant VO/CO/proposal for the additional changes request.
- Prepare monthly commercial report base on the site progress update from Supervisor/PE/PM.
- Verify material requisition meeting budget requirement for site installation before forward to PM for approval.
- Raise material requisition for material to purchase.
- Enforce and practice proper PPE and strictly follow safety guidelines at workplace.
- Enforce and audit proper housekeeping (5S) at workplace, laydown, and workshop.
- Review and understand tender specification, drawing, and contract terms.

**II.** **RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Commercial Executive is responsible for maintaining day-to-day project activities in order to meet departmental operations.
- Awareness on SOP and quality plan.
- Awareness on safety requirements, cleanroom protocol and site security rules & regulation.
- Schedule and project cost awareness.
- Continuous to grow in competencies and multi-skills set by management.
- Maintaining good records of attendance.
- Perform other related duties as and when required.

**III. QUALIFICATIONS**

Possess minimum Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical), Quantity Surveying or its equivalent with 2 years of related working experience or Diploma with at least 4 years of related working experience.

Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Estimator and also to demonstrate the following personal attributes:

- Be honest and trustworthy

- Be precise and accurate.
- Demonstrate sound work ethics

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

- Communication and Writing skills.
- Understanding of Basic Engineering, Drawings and Project site environments.
- Kinetics business - product and services

**Will be based in Kulim to Support Intel Pelican (Penang) & X'Fab Sarawak Project.**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
