Working hours : 8am-5pm(Mon-Fri),8am-1pm(Sat)
Working location : Taman Perindustrian Kota Puteri,Masai

**Job Scope & Requirements**:

- Daily schedule production works for next day
- Maintain and update contact lists supplier
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Order office and production supplies
- Book travel arrangements for worker outstation
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Provide general support to visitors
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Carry out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc
- Maintain computer and manual filling systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Receive, sort and distribute the mail
- Answer telephone calls and pass them on
- Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
- Must have basic admin working experience
- Need a cdd more dignified and good looking
- Can start work immediately

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
