**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Ground Event Activation (Marketing SWAT Team)
- Assist the Marketing SWAT team with on-the-ground event execution—from planning to post-mortem.
- Drive community engagement through targeted outreach programs, such as:

- Masjid, Ketua Kampung, JKK & NGO, in-store, and vendor/penjaja activations.
- Coordinate logistics: ensure POSM and equipment are delivered before events.
- Capture event photos and organize them systematically into designated folders.

2. Data & Customer Insights
- Support segmentation analysis by spend, frequency, and region.
- Track loyalty program metrics and customer campaign responses.
- Analyze basket size, purchase frequency, and product preference trends.
- Compile store and category performance reports and prepare dashboards/presentations for internal stakeholders.

3. Campaign Coordination & Loyalty Support
- Assist with sourcing and coordinating loyalty reward items.
- Support campaign execution: prepare materials, liaise with vendors, and track performance.
- Help research and profile potential marketing or fintech partnerships.
- Contribute to co-branded campaign activation and proposal presentations.
- Maintain media asset databases and supplier trade agreements.
- Track trade campaign outcomes and assist in post-campaign analysis.

4. Creative & Digital Content Support
- Create visual and written content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Use tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
- Assist with photo and video editing, as well as social media post planning and scheduling.
- Conduct content research and propose campaign ideas.
- Monitor digital trends and suggest improvements for brand consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Marketing**, **Business**, **Communications**, or related fields.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), creativity, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with analytics (Excel, PowerPoint); social media tools; and content design software is a plus.
